What NexorFlow is

NexorFlow is a build continuity tool for solo developers and indie hackers. It reads your GitHub repository — markdown documents and commit history — and helps you track where you are in your build process, so you can resume work quickly regardless of which AI tool you use.

Alpha / early access notice

NexorFlow is currently in early access (alpha). The service is provided as-is. Features may change, and we may occasionally experience downtime. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any significant changes to pricing or core functionality.

What NexorFlow does with your repository

When you connect a GitHub repository, NexorFlow reads file paths, markdown document content, and recent commit messages to build a structured overview of your project. This data is stored in our systems to enable session continuity across visits.

NexorFlow never writes to, commits to, creates branches in, or modifies your repository in any way. The onboarding wizard generates a BUILDPLAN.md file locally in your browser — you download it yourself and add it to your repo. NexorFlow never touches your repo without you.

Your responsibilities

By using NexorFlow, you agree to: only connect repositories you own or have explicit permission to share, not use NexorFlow for illegal purposes, and not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service.

Our responsibilities

We will never write to your GitHub repository, never sell or share your data with third parties, and give you at least 30 days notice before any significant changes to the service or pricing. We will be transparent about what data we store and why.

Limitation of liability

NexorFlow reads but never modifies your repository. In the unlikely event of data loss or service interruption, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months. NexorFlow is not responsible for decisions made based on the session data or build steps it surfaces.

Termination and data deletion

You can disconnect your GitHub repository at any time from Settings — this permanently deletes all scan history, build sequences, and session data from our systems. To delete your account entirely, contact us at bjorn@nexorflow.ai and all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Governing law
